Nadine Marchetti
Founding mediator · Divorce and parenting plans
I spent my early career speaking for one side. Now I help two people speak for themselves.
Nadine spent years in family court before she moved to the mediator’s chair, where she now handles separations and parenting plans. She keeps sessions short, lists decisions on a whiteboard so both people can see them, and writes summaries in plain English.
She leads the firm and is its responsible attorney.

How Nadine runs a session
She starts with the call to each of you alone, so nobody walks in worried about what the other will say.
In the room, every decision goes on one list. Nothing is closed until both of you have said it out loud, and the list is typed up the same day.
Most people already agree on more than they think. My job is to show them where.
