The mediators

Three mediators, each with a lawyer’s training and a neutral’s chair

One mediator takes your matter from the first call to the signed summary. None of us represents either of you.

How a mediator is matched to your matter

When you call, we ask what the disagreement is about and who will be at the table. Then we offer the mediator whose work is closest to it, and if either of you would rather have someone else, we’ll switch.

Every mediator here practised law before mediating. We don’t take sides, don’t give legal advice to either of you, and won’t later represent one of you against the other.

Which of us should call you back?

Tell us what is going on and we’ll suggest one of us.
