Wren Nyborg
Mediator · Workplace and family care
Two people who keep missing each other usually need a third person to slow the conversation down.
Wren started in employment law and later added mediation for families deciding about a parent’s care. She brings both: the workplace habit of putting a short agenda in front of everyone, and the patience that care decisions need.
She meets with parents whenever they’re able to join.

How Wren keeps a hard talk moving
She sends each person a one-page agenda beforehand, so no one is surprised by a topic.
For care decisions, she asks siblings to begin with what their parent has said they want, then moves to who can do what.
What Wren mediates
Coworkers and managers
A team that stopped talking, or two leads who can’t agree on roles.
